The Army Corps of Engineers is preparing to dredge the Saginaw River for navigational purposes and is preparing a disposal facility in Zilwaukee Township for dredged materials. The Michigan Department of Environmental Quality will conduct an informational meeting and collect public comment on the project at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Saginaw Valley State University, Performing Arts Recital Hall.
