Judge Borrello Next court session July 21st at 10am fourth floor of the county building. Please attend.
The Judge is probably not going to rule on the status of the class Monday. It is possible he might rule on the scheduling order (delay six months per Dow; or in our favor so we can start subpoena proceedings), the talk is that he will wait until after Monday, and rule on both in the next few weeks. Who knows, it is entirely up to him
